◆Appearance and Specification Dimensions of Insulating Rubber Mats
The depth or height of spots or uneven parts on the insulating rubber mat must not exceed the thickness tolerance of the rubber sheet. There should be no more than 5 bubbles per square meter with an area less than 1 cm², and the distance between any two bubbles should be no less than 40 mm. The depth and length of impurities should not exceed the thickness of the rubber sheet, and should be no less than 40 mm. The width of uneven or spongy edges should not exceed 10 mm, and the length should not exceed 1/10 of the total length of the rubber sheet. Cracks are not allowed.
◆Structure of Insulating Rubber Mats
Insulating rubber mats should be made of rubber-based insulating materials.
◆Process and Molding of Insulating Rubber Mats
The upper and lower surfaces of the insulating mat should be free from harmful irregularities. Harmful irregularities refer to defects that disrupt uniformity or damage the smooth surface profile, such as small holes, cracks, local bulges, cuts, embedded conductive foreign objects, folds, voids, uneven波纹, and casting marks. Harmless irregularities refer to surface irregularities formed during the production process.
◆Thickness of Insulating Rubber Mats
Thickness measurements and inspections should be conducted at more than five randomly selected points across the entire insulating mat. A micrometer or an instrument of equivalent precision can be used for measurement. The micrometer should have an accuracy within 0.02 mm, with a measuring anvil diameter of 6 mm and a flat pressure foot diameter of (3.17 ± 0.25) mm. The pressure foot should be able to apply a pressure of (0.83 ± 0.03) N. The insulating mat should be laid flat to ensure smooth measurements with the micrometer.
◆National Standards for Insulating Rubber Mats
For a 10KV power distribution room, an 8mm thick mat should withstand a power frequency withstand voltage test of 10000V for 1 minute without breakdown, and break down at 18000V for 20 seconds. For a 35KV power distribution room, a 10-12mm thick mat should withstand a power frequency withstand voltage test of 15000V for 1 minute without breakdown, and break down at 26000V for 20 seconds. For low-voltage power distribution rooms, a 5mm thick mat should withstand a power frequency withstand voltage test of 3500V for 1 minute without breakdown for voltages below 500V, and break down at 10000V for 20 seconds.
◆Storage of Insulating Rubber Mats
Insulating mats should be stored in dedicated boxes, avoiding direct sunlight, rain, and snow exposure, and preventing挤压 and collisions with sharp objects.
Contact with oil, acid, alkali, or other harmful substances is prohibited, and mats should be kept at least 1m away from heat sources. The storage environment temperature should ideally be between 10°C and 21°C.
